This paper aim to describe the clinical spectrum of KLHL11-Abs among patients referred to the French Reference Center for Paraneoplastic Neurological Syndromes and Autoimmune Encephalitis (Lyon, France), in order to establish whether they define a distinct PNS group with a homogeneous phenotype. In addition, a clinical score was provided to facilitate the identification of patients that should be tested for KLHL11-Abs, and the nature of the immune response in both the brain and the tumour samples was examined in detail for a better characterization of the immunopathogenesis of this condition.
